Questa settimana Emilia-Romagna. AZIENDA AGRICOLA GRADIZZOLO. PIGNOLETTO vitigno a bacca bianca autoctono dei colli bolognesi. Altro vitigno autoctono e recentemente reintrodotto è il NEGRETTO BOLOGNESE, BARBERA è prodotta sul territorio da almeno due secoli ma le testimonianze della presenza sulle colline di Bologna risalgono al 13° secolo. Gradizzolo la produce anche nella versione riserva.
